Website Layout

Website layout describes where information and visual elements sit on a page.

Website layout describes where information and visual elements sit on a page. Headings, photos, service descriptions, testimonials, and contact buttons must be arranged so visitors can recognize what matters and what to do next. A landscaping company's project page might place a finished-work photo near the service description, with an obvious route to request an estimate. Layout is broader than a single section and more concrete than an early wireframe: it is the arrangement people actually encounter. On smaller screens, that arrangement often changes to keep the same information usable. Effective layout supports the content rather than competing with it.
