Website form integration connects information submitted through a site's form to another system, such as an inbox, customer relationship management tool, scheduling service, or spreadsheet. For example, a home repair inquiry might be routed to an office email address and recorded for follow-up. Integration differs from building the visible form: a form can look correct while its submissions fail to reach the intended destination. Field mapping, data access, notification settings, and error handling all deserve testing. Businesses should collect only necessary information and explain relevant privacy practices. Integration also does not prove that a lead was qualified or contacted; that requires separate operational steps.
