Webflow CMS
Webflow CMS is Webflow’s collection-based content system for managing structured website items and displaying them through reusable design templates.
Webflow CMS organizes repeatable content into Collections, such as team profiles, projects, locations, or blog posts. Each Collection has fields that describe its data structure, while Collection items hold individual records. Designers can connect those fields to page templates and listing components so new content follows a consistent presentation without rebuilding the layout each time.
A services company might create a Projects Collection with fields for service type, location, description, photographs, and completion year. Editors then add items and the corresponding pages or lists use the configured template. This is a content model, not a guarantee that every integration, dynamic filter, or publishing permission is included on every pricing plan. Site owners should check current workspace and hosting-plan limits, collection publishing workflows, and export needs before committing to the platform.
Webflow CMS is not synonymous with all of Webflow or with a generic CMS workflow. This entry covers the platform's structured Collections and template-driven content delivery.
