View-Through Conversion
A view-through conversion is an attributed action recorded after someone sees an eligible advertisement but does not click that particular ad before completing the action through another route.
A view-through conversion is an attributed action recorded after someone sees an eligible advertisement but does not click that particular ad before completing the action through another route. Depending on the advertising platform and settings, a later quote request may be associated with an earlier ad impression. This measure can help businesses examine possible effects beyond immediate clicks, but it is not proof that the ad caused the customer to act. Attribution windows, impression definitions, consent, and platform reporting rules influence counts. View-through conversions differ from click-through conversions and should not be added casually across platforms because the same customer action may be counted in multiple reports.
