A thank you page is a dedicated page displayed after someone completes a form or another defined action. For a cleaning business, it might confirm that an estimate request was received and explain when the customer can expect a reply. A thank you page should never imply that an appointment is booked unless the booking system has actually confirmed it. Unlike a brief form confirmation message shown on the original page, this response has its own URL and can provide more detailed next steps. Some websites measure visits to the page as an indicator of form submissions, but tracking needs careful setup so refreshing or revisiting the page does not inflate reported leads.
