Service Schema (schema.org/Service)
Service schema is structured data that uses the schema.org Service vocabulary to describe a service, provider and relevant offerings.
Service schema usually refers to a machine-readable description using schema.org's Service type. A page might identify a service by name, the organization that provides it, the area served, and an available offer when the facts are supported. JSON-LD is one possible format for expressing those relationships; schema.org supplies the vocabulary, not a guarantee of how a search engine will display it.
The practical rule is consistency. Mark up the service that visitors can actually read about; do not insert exaggerated reviews, nonexistent prices or an area the provider does not serve. Google documents specific structured-data features and their eligibility rules. Merely using the valid schema.org/Service type does not automatically qualify a page for a service-specific rich result.
Validation tools help reveal syntax and supported-feature problems, but passing a validator is not the same as receiving enhanced search presentation. Keep the markup synchronized when a business changes its services, name, addresses or offers.
