Search Console Validate Fix

Search Console Validate Fix asks Google to recheck a category of reported site issues after the affected pages have been repaired.

Search Console's Validate Fix workflow lets a property owner ask Google to recheck a reported issue after the affected pages have been corrected. Once the relevant instances are fixed, the owner can open the issue details report and start validation to track Google's assessment. Validation is not mandatory for Google to recognize a repair: Google may detect the change during normal crawling even if no validation request was submitted. An active validation can stop or fail when Google finds a remaining instance, and checks may take days or longer. The status can also reflect pages that are now unavailable, so a 'fixed' count does not always mean that every URL is indexable. Validate Fix is different from Request Indexing, which asks Google to revisit a particular URL. Neither action guarantees inclusion in Search results or better rankings. Fix the underlying issue and inspect representative URLs before requesting validation.
