Microconversion

A microconversion is a smaller action that may indicate progress toward a larger business goal.

A microconversion is a smaller action that may indicate progress toward a larger business goal. On a landscaping website, viewing a pricing guide or clicking to call could be useful steps before a confirmed estimate request. Microconversions are different from the primary conversion, such as a submitted qualified lead or completed booking. Tracking them can reveal where visitors show interest, but counting every button press as success can distort performance reports. Choose actions that genuinely relate to customer progress, then evaluate them alongside final outcomes. A microconversion does not prove that an inquiry, phone conversation, or sale occurred.
