LSA Lead
An LSA lead is a potential customer's inquiry received through a Google Local Services Ad, such as a call, message, or eligible booking request.
Local Services Ads (LSAs) let eligible service businesses receive inquiries from people who find their listings on Google. An LSA lead can be generated through supported contact options such as phone calls, messages, or booking requests, depending on the region and business type. The arrival of a lead does not mean a job was booked, a quote was accepted, or a sale occurred.
Google states that Local Services advertisers are charged for valid leads under current program rules and that automated systems can reassess lead quality and issue credits in eligible circumstances. Costs can vary by market, job category, lead type, and bidding settings. Advertisers should use the current Leads and Billing interfaces to determine whether a particular inquiry was charged, credited, or still under review.
An LSA lead is a channel-specific inquiry. It differs from the broader lead-generation concept and from the price-per-lead or cost-per-lead metric used to evaluate acquisition campaigns.
