Lead Form Conversion Rate
Lead form conversion rate measures the share of a defined audience that submits a lead-generating form.
Lead form conversion rate measures the share of a defined audience that submits a lead-generating form. For example, a cleaning business might divide valid quote requests by visits to the relevant landing page during a selected period. The denominator must be explicit: page visits, unique visitors, and form views can produce different rates. Test submissions, spam, and duplicate enquiries should be handled consistently. This metric differs from form completion rate, which may focus on people who started a form, and from lead-to-customer conversion rate, which looks at paying jobs. A higher form rate is useful only when the enquiries are relevant and receive effective follow-up.
