Email Unsubscribe Link
An email unsubscribe link gives recipients a way to request that marketing emails stop.
An email unsubscribe link gives recipients a way to request that marketing emails stop. It is commonly placed near the end of a newsletter or promotional email and should lead to a workable, straightforward opt-out process. For covered U.S. commercial messages, CAN-SPAM requires a clear way to opt out and timely honoring of requests; it does not mean all transactional or relationship messages follow exactly the same rules. A cleaning business should keep its mailing lists synchronized so a customer who opts out is not added back through another campaign tool. Unsubscribing is different from deleting a customer's service records.
