Customer Review Response

A customer review response is a business's public reply to feedback posted by a customer on a review platform. A thoughtful reply can acknowledge a positive experience, clarify a concern, or explain an appropriate next step without exposing private customer details. If a lawn care client complains about scheduling, the response should address the concern respectfully rather than argue or invent an explanation. Review responses are different from the original customer reviews or testimonials because they are written by the business. They should not pressure customers to change honest feedback or imply that only positive reviews are welcome. Platform policies and applicable advertising rules still matter.
