A customer feedback survey is a structured set of questions used to learn how customers experienced a service or interaction.

A customer feedback survey is a structured set of questions used to learn how customers experienced a service or interaction. A cleaning company might ask whether scheduling was clear, the work matched expectations, and communication could improve. Surveys can collect feedback from more people than individual interviews, but answers can be affected by who chooses to respond and how questions are worded. A satisfaction rating is not automatically representative of every customer. This method differs from a public review request, which invites feedback on a third-party platform. Keep questions concise, explain the purpose, and look for patterns rather than treating one response as conclusive.
