Crawl Budget
Crawl budget describes the amount of crawling a search engine can and wants to perform on a website over a period of time.
Crawl budget describes the amount of crawling a search engine can and wants to perform on a website over a period of time. It matters most when search bots face unusually large sites, many changing URLs, or substantial crawling obstacles. For a typical cleaning or handyman site with a modest number of service pages, crawl budget is unlikely to be the first SEO problem worth solving. Making important pages accessible, removing accidental blocking, and reducing duplicate URL patterns is usually more practical. Crawl budget is not an allowance a site owner can simply request, and faster crawling does not guarantee indexing or higher search rankings.
