Apple Business Connect

Apple Business Connect was Apple's former business-listing management service. Apple announced that Business Connect, Business Essentials, and Business Manager would be replaced by the unified Apple Business platform at its April 14, 2026 launch. Existing claimed locations and place-card information were scheduled to migrate to Apple Business, which now provides supported tools for managing brands, locations, photographs, and information displayed in Apple Maps. A service business can use the current Apple Business location-management workflow to review eligible map listings, subject to local feature availability, account roles, and Apple's review process. Businesses that travel to customers should follow Apple's actual location eligibility rules rather than using a made-up storefront address. This is separate from Bing Places and Google Business Profile and does not guarantee a specific ranking or listing in every Apple interface. The term Apple Business Connect remains useful for understanding historical documentation, but it is no longer the current standalone product name.
